## About

TeenStein I is a four-day training for teenagers led by psychologists and family therapists Natalia Nikolova and Milena Nenkova. Through games and shared experiences, participants explore their own behaviour and reactions, tell personal stories in a safe setting and learn to recognise and accept their emotions. Taking part is encouraged but never required. Schedule: 26–27 November 17:00–21:00, 28–29 November 10:00–20:00.
