"Natural Physics of Dance" is a workshop at Theatre-Studio "Studentina," led by Petya Bozhinova — an approach to dance combining contact improvisation, dance improvisation and contemporary dance. In sessions, participants explore the body's natural physical laws — gravity, breath, momentum — relaxing certain muscles, quieting the mind, and following the natural lines of energy and the flow of movement, including interaction with a partner. The aim is a friendly relationship with one's own body and discovering the basic pleasure of movement.
