## About

A cooking class devoted entirely to fresh pasta in the Amuse Bouche teaching kitchen. Participants learn to make an all-purpose pasta dough for tagliatelle, pappardelle or lasagne sheets, then cook a classic carbonara with bacon, egg yolk and black pepper and a lasagne with classic bolognese sauce. The class runs from 18:30 to 21:00.
