## About

On the first day of the year, Hall 1 of the National Palace of Culture hosts the New Year's Concert of the 40th New Year Music Festival. The Festival Symphony Orchestra plays under maestro Emil Tabakov, with foreign guest soloists performing music by Johann Strauss, Franz Lehar, Imre Kalman and Agustin Lara, plus their own take on the Argentine tango.
