I Don't Know You Anymore

The beautiful Luisa not only fails to recognize her husband Paolo, she wonders who this 'stranger' is and wants him thrown out of the house. Devastated, the man calls in specialist Professor Alberto Spinelli for a consultation, but once Luisa has met the doctor, she turns to him with tender words, convinced he is her husband. To please the patient, the two men swap roles (and names), setting off a comic merry-go-round of misunderstandings in which Luisa grows ever more in love with Alberto and ever more contemptuous of Paolo. On a night full of confusion, Luisa calls 'Paolo' to the marital bed — but which of the two men should join her? By morning, Professor Spinelli believes he has found the 'scientific' explanation for Luisa's amnesia, but a twist of fate leaves him speechless, and full of regret.
