Everybody Loves Gary

"Everybody Loves Gary" is an adaptation of Noël Coward's comedy "Present Laughter." The play follows the life of Garry Essendine, a successful actor spoiled by his own fame who desperately wants to be liked — the gap between his self-image and reality repeatedly lands him in absurd situations, made worse by a midlife crisis. The story invites the audience backstage into the acting world, where unflattering passions run high, raising questions about the price of fame and the nature of theatre itself. The lead role is played by Kalin Sarmenov, alongside Silvia Lulcheva, Martin Karov and others.
