A Story

"One Story" is an Italian drama — the directorial debut of Anna Foglietta — screened as part of the Cinelibri film festival programme at NDK. It follows the seemingly stable relationship between Erika and Mauro, which starts to unravel once their daughter leaves for college, sending both of them into a quiet struggle to rediscover themselves, individually and as a couple. Starring Alba Rohrwacher, Guido Caprino and Caterina Casini, the film had its world premiere at the 2026 Venice Film Festival and received a nomination from the British Film Institute.
