Fest10.11: What of Yesterday Is Still to Come? A Conversation with Nino Haratischwili

German-Georgian writer Nino Haratischwili, recipient of numerous prestigious literary awards, is visiting Bulgaria for the first time. Recognised as one of the most significant voices exploring the legacy of the Soviet past, she will speak about the legacy of communism, the price of freedom after the dissolution of the Soviet Union, and why facts alone are not always enough to dispel nostalgia for unfreedom. The conversation is moderated by writer and journalist Yoanna Elmi.
