The Sea After You

“The Sea After You” is a play by Yana Borisova, directed by Mariy Rosen, starring Radena Valkanova, Yulian Vergov and Petar Antonov. The author describes it as a piece for two instruments and one inner voice — the story of two people and an imaginary friend, exploring deeply hidden personal feelings and the search for inspiration. The characters meet on something like a deserted island, and the author describes the performance as music played by the cast on that island — an emotional map of private feelings that people often wait a lifetime to share with someone.
