Forum "Women Without Pause"

Bulgaria's first forum dedicated to menopause and perimenopause offers 'a multidisciplinary approach to aging'. It addresses the physical and emotional changes of this life stage, including sleep disruption, changes in the body and sexual wellbeing. The forum extends its scope to men's experience as well, looking at andropause and what happens 'when menopause and andropause are under one roof'. Expert speakers cover topics including bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, sleep disorders during menopause, communication around sexuality, midlife-crisis psychology, homeopathic remedies and skin changes.
