ENIGMA FORTUNA

A concert by the ensemble La Fonte Musica in the Aula of Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski". The programme "Enigma Fortuna" is devoted to Antonio Zacara da Teramo, one of the most original and enigmatic figures in music at the turn of the 14th-15th centuries, known for the autobiographical hints and coded messages in his works. The performance features intricate secular songs from the Lucca Codex alongside the composer's large-scale sacred works. On stage: sopranos Alena Dancheva and Francesca Casinari, tenor Gianluca Ferrarini, viol players Effix Puleo and Rodney Prada, and lutenist and ensemble director Michele Pasotti.
