"Anger, Intimacy and Love" - a 5Rhythms Dance Workshop

A 5Rhythms dance workshop "Anger, Intimacy and Love" led by Ron Hagendoorn (Netherlands). Anger is a response that creates integrity when personal boundaries are violated; the workshop explores the dual nature of anger — the light (constructive, encouraging connection) and the shadow (destructive and isolating) — as well as the relationship between anger and forgiveness.
