Beyond the Limit

The play portrays three characters — Alice, Ben and Charlie — living in a world pushed to the extreme of consumerism, where status is defined by what you own, friendship is measured in likes, and real human connection is nearly absent. Despite their different ages and lives, social isolation binds them, and at times they feel as if they don't really exist at all. A solo performance with live music, it offers a dynamic, witty and unsparing look at contemporary consumer culture.
