Fake

"Fake" is a contemporary play about the reality we live in — a world where truth is measured in likes and followers, and genuine feeling often gives way to filters and hashtags. With humor and satire, the production looks at how invented images and false stories have become the norm in the digital age, and what is left of a person's authenticity when they are constantly performing for an audience. It plays on the Main Stage of Theatre "Bulgarian Army" with a young ensemble cast from the theatre's own troupe.
