Switzerland

“Switzerland” by Joanna Murray-Smith is staged by Theatre 199, translated by Zlatna Kostova and directed by Vladimir Lyutskanov, starring Stanka Kalcheva and Boyan Arsov. The play is set as writer Patricia Highsmith lives as a recluse in Switzerland, determined to publish no more novels, when a mysterious young editor arrives, sent by her publishers to convince her to write a new story about her famous criminal character Tom Ripley — and what follows is unexpected and chilling. It marks the play's first production in Bulgaria.
