The Physics of Sorrow

Slovenian director Jernej Lorenci returns to work with the National Theatre company for the second time after Orpheus, this time on Georgi Gospodinov's novel The Physics of Sorrow. The production turns the novel's labyrinth of memories into a living theatrical world in which the myth of the Minotaur merges with personal and collective memory. It has English surtitles and runs about four hours with an interval.
