Petty Marital Crimes

"Petty Marital Crimes" is a black comedy by French playwright Eric-Emmanuel Schmitt. Gilles suffers a mysterious accident that leaves him amnesiac and a stranger to himself, and returns home to Lisa, his wife of fifteen years. Piecing his past together from what she tells him, he starts to wonder whether she's telling the truth — turning the play into a surprisingly tense and witty investigation of a marriage and the search for truth between two spouses.
