Ashes to Ashes

“Ashes to Ashes” by Harold Pintar at Theatre O3: translation by Galina Tomova Stankeva, directed by and starring Savina Brzezova, with Dimitar Kasabov; choreography by Semir Alkadi, physical plasticity by Velimir Velev, original music by Neverdance. The play leads us into the intimate space of a man and a woman — he loves her more than life and has taken away her freedom. We find ourselves in a labyrinth of painfully strong love alternating with episodes of brutal terror; reality blurs and dance appears as an alternative to everyday life.
