Kamen Donev presents: ABOUT WEDDINGS!

"About Weddings!" is Kamen Donev's own stage production, built around songs, dances and stories from the Balkan lands. It treats the wedding as a metaphor for life's cycle of receiving, creating and giving, with the message that a real wedding is more than dresses, feasts and gifts — it is a celebration of human connection: of the person who waits for you, seeks you out, rejoices and grieves with you, and gives you strength and faith unasked, so you're never truly alone in hard times. The stage brings together the Boban Marković Orchestra, numerous Bulgarian singers and dancers, the state folk ensemble "Filip Kutev," and a special appearance by Kamen Donev himself.
