Workshop "Designing Perception"

A multisensory workshop within the Melba festival in which participants explore how colour, texture, shape and aroma shape our expectations of taste. It includes interactive exercises with real food and ceramic vessels, a tasting menu by Amor Y Sal and a selection of wines.
