Richard, Richard, Who?

A production by the Alma Alter Theatre Laboratory, directed by Nikolay Georgiev, in which the figure of Richard weaves together Shakespearean characters — Hamlet, Lear, Henry — with the Roman emperor Caligula. The play toys with questions of identity and theatrical presence, drawing on Shakespeare, Jan Kott and Camus.
