A Bulgarian Lesson

"A Bulgarian Lesson" is a poetic performance built on the verse of Ivan Vazov, performed by actors of the Bulgarian Army Theatre company in a stage adaptation by Ivan Nalbantov. Rather than retelling textbook facts, the production brings to life about a dozen of his best-loved works — among them "Paisius," "The Bulgarian Language," "Rakovski," "Levski," "The Shipka Volunteers."
