The Rhine Gold: An Adaptation for Children

An opera by Richard Wagner, specially adapted for young audiences — the first part of his tetralogy "Der Ring des Nibelungen". In fairy-tale form, the characters reveal their truths about the struggle between good and evil, and about the power of human passions — power, greed, envy and love — a fairy tale as a metaphor for human nature. Conducted by Zhorzh Dimitrov, directed by Julia Krasteva, set design by Pavlina Eusterhus.
