A whisky masterclass with independent bottler Robin Tucek, founder of Blackadder International — a family-run, independent spirits bottling company celebrating its 30th anniversary this year — as well as of Master of Malt and the Malt Whisky Association. The class explains what independent bottling means in the whisky world: how casks are selected, where the whiskies age and are bottled, and what sets them apart from mainstream releases, while introducing Blackadder's philosophy of never bottling anything unless they're 100% certain it's ready to drink.
