Taken from the Internet, or A Short Guide to Using Dance — Premiere

A dance performance by the association "UOMO," conceived and choreographed by Marion Darova and performed by Marion Darova and Martina Apostolova. The piece explores how social media turns everyone who presents themselves online into an artist, and how the world of contemporary dance is changing in an era of manuals and recycled content. Each performance reinvents itself anew — consuming, reworking and quoting what came before it — and exists only live, never recorded.
