Hidden Grenades

"Hidden Grenades" is a play made up of six stories, united by a magical encounter with the unpredictable and by comic defeats born of unfulfilled expectations. It takes the audience into a world that is at once funny and painfully honest — a world of women who struggle, dream, fall, and keep moving forward — as six different stories unfold on stage, interweaving fears, ambitions, hopes and disappointments. It's a play about the courage to be yourself, even when life doesn't go according to plan. Written by Joanna Murray-Smith and directed by Nikolay Polyakov, it features Angela Kaneva, Mila Bancheva, Milena Zhivkova, Neda Spasova, Simona Halacheva, Stanka Kalcheva and Plamen Manasiev.
