Culinary Course: Ritual Breads – Tradition, Symbolism and Sourdough

A two-day studio for amateurs and professionals who want to explore Bulgarian ritual tradition and the art of festive bread. The instructor is Mariyana Belichovska. Topics include working with sourdough, the symbolism of ritual breads, rolls for Ignazhden and Survakane, breads for Christmas Eve and Christmas, shaping and decoration, fermentation and baking.
