Rum Masterclass | Dos Maderas

A Dos Maderas rum masterclass that takes participants on a journey from the Caribbean and the Philippines to the legendary sherry casks of Jerez. It is led by Thierry Tronquit Prats, regional export director of the producer Williams & Humbert (founded in 1877) and a passionate devotee of aged spirits and Jerez wines, who explains how origin, climate, ageing and different types of sherry cask shape a rum's character. The tasting features five different Dos Maderas editions, including limited releases from the Philippines and Thailand.
