Gastro Destination Trun

A themed dinner in central Sofia with a three-course menu from the Trun region: seasonal zelnik, shtavkano with aged sheep cheese and a yoghurt dessert, paired with three Bulgarian wines from small cellars. Stefka Boneva of Businska Srachkotilnitsa joins as a guest, and one dish is served in her handmade ceramics. Hosted by Geri Kabaivanova of Pendara Academy, for a group of up to 15.
