Kinomania 40: Electric kiss

Paris, 1928. Painter Antoine Balestro has lost his inspiration after his wife's death, to the despair of his gallerist Armand. One evening he turns to a medium hoping to reach his late wife, but instead meets Suzanne, a young fairground worker with a real gift for trickery. The two embark on a series of fake seances. A romantic comedy by director Pierre Salvadori (France, 2026), which opened the Cannes Film Festival.
