Culinary Festivals of Bulgaria cook a hot pork dish and talk about the spicy ingredients that give it character. The book "Hot Dishes" (ЛЮТИ ГОЗБИ) is presented for the first time, together with Maryana Ivanova of Zizu Bio, and sold at a special price. A prize raffle follows.
