Chocolate Desserts — Pastry Course

A pastry course for chocolate lovers in the Amuse Bouche teaching kitchen with instructor Boyana Racheva. Participants make a lava cake with a white-chocolate centre, a delicate French-style chocolate mousse, chocolate brownies with fruit and piped white-chocolate bonbons. The course runs from 18:30 to 21:00 and includes all ingredients and the recipes as a PDF.
