Apartment 19

A contemporary dance-theatre production from NATFIZ's Stage 47, created by author and choreographer Aleksandar Manyukov, built around the Bulgarian apartment as the nation's most intimate possession. Two intertwined stories let past and future collide inside the characters' own consciousness, as an absent male presence leaves emptiness and destruction in the female psyche — yet dance becomes an act of freedom against that inner struggle. The ensemble brings together eight women and one man.
