Fireflies

“Fireflies” is Theatre 199's puppet show, written by Andrey Filipov and directed by Katya Petrova. Four old friends meet one summer evening in the city park and decide to relive the games they played as ten-year-olds. Their playful make-believe gradually turns the ordinary park into a magical world where anything is possible — flying on a magic carpet, or meeting a firefly who invites them to visit its home. With humor and imagination, the show tells a story about true friendship.
