Dimitar Cholakov. Painting Exhibition

A painting exhibition by Prof. Dimitar Cholakov in Hall 2A of the Union of Bulgarian Artists, known as the "black hall". The works were painted over the past year, mostly in large formats and on unconventional supports such as ungrounded plush, sandpaper, wood and coarse hemp cloth. They are grouped in the cycles "Opuses", "Paths" and "The Sound of Silence", alongside five paintings from 1990-1995.
