The National Library "St. St. Cyril and Methodius" presents an exhibition marking 185 years since the birth of Antonín Dvořák, the first Czech composer to achieve worldwide recognition. It traces his life from his childhood in Nelahozeves, through his compositions across every musical genre — including the opera "Rusalka" — to his years leading the National Conservatory of Music in New York, where he wrote his Symphony No. 9, "From the New World."
