Theatre, My Love!

“Theatre, My Love!” is Theatre 199's production of Valeri Petrov's verse text, directed by Kasiel Noa Asher. Four actresses bring their own personal histories to this poetic text about loneliness, joy, grief and fear, as well as the blessing and curse of being an actress. Petrov wrote the text specifically for actresses Slavka Slavova and Tanya Masalitinova, and it was first staged at the theatre for its 50th anniversary.
