About the venue
The National Museum of History is a state-run museum with national scope in the Boyana district of Sofia, covering history, archaeology and ethnography. Besides its permanent exhibition, the museum presents temporary exhibitions, collections and a digital library, and affiliated sites including the Boyana Church, the Zemen Monastery and the steamship Radetzky. It also runs an educational centre with lectures, workshops and children's events.
